The Summit which was graced by COAS Gen Manoj Pande and esteemed dignitaries from Military, delved on the theme of Role of Military Veterans in India's Growth Story.
During the event, CMD deliberated on the potential & avenues emerging in the Public and Private Sector for the Veterans who are backed by their unique set of skills, leadership skills, values and operational experience. Director (Personnel) had insightful discussion on the Skillsets of veterans, widows and Dependent that can equip them to find meaningful opportunities in the civilian environment.
