Outbound Training Session for NTPC's Employees’ Representative Batch

Glimpses of Maj Gen R K Jha, AVSM**( Retd.), Director (Personnel), NEEPCO gracing the Outbound Training Session for NTPC's employees’ representative batch organised at Shillong on 10.06.2024 by Manushuo-Uthan. The event was also attended by Shri S.Borgohain, former Director (P) NEEPCO and senior HR officials of NEEPCO. Director ( P) stressed on nurturing healthy, mutually beneficial and balanced relationship within the workplace for a conducive work environment that fosters cooperation, productivity and employee well-being. He also accentuated the importance of placing organisational interests above individual glory.
