Discussed Strategic aspects of NEEPCO in the North East, specifically Arunachal Pradesh. Also explored the feasibility of Dual use of upcoming NEEPCO projects in Tato (Shi Yomi district), Arunachal Pradesh. It is noted that Collaboration with Indian Army and Border Roads organisation would be mutually beneficial.
