Major General Rajesh Kumar Jha, AVSM (Retd), Director (Personnel) interacted with Shri S.K Roy, Dy. Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) Guwahati at his office at Guwahati on 20.11.2023. Director (Personnel) emphasized that employees welfare, resolution of genuine employee grievances and the interest of the Corporation stands as the highest priority for the organization's sustainability. Cementing this vision, endorsed for amicable understanding between the Management and Trade unions, Associations for the greater interest of the organization. The interaction has been very fruitful and happy to inform that long outstanding pending issues of industrial relations have been amicably addressed.
