The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India has declared NEEPCO as the Winner of the prestigious National CSR Awards 2020 for its specific contribution in the Aspirational District of Ribhoi Meghalaya. The CSR Awards for CSR in Aspirational Districts / Difficult Terrains’ are for the recognition to NEEPCO based on their CSR efforts in Aspirational Districts, difficult terrains/ disturbed areas, challenging circumstances etc., which shows that the company’s commitment to its stakeholders to conduct its business in an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable manner that is transparent and ethical.
