NEEPCO and NTPC Limited's Power Management Institute (PMI) joined hands by entering in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 09.05.24 to foster training and capacity-building cooperation. Major General Rajesh Kumar Jha, AVSM**(Retd.), Director (Personnel) initiated the MoU signing on behalf of NEEPCO in the presence of Dr. Diganta Bora, DGM(HR)i/c T&D, Shri S. Bezbaruah, DGM(HR) from NEEPCO with Smti Rachana Singh Bhal, CGM, NTPC Limited.

In compliance to the guidelines of Ministry of Women and Child Development , Govt.of India, International Women’s Day was celebrated on the 8th March 2022 in various offices/projects/locations of NEEPCO Ltd.
Maj Gen RK Jha , AVSM**( Retd.) Director (Personnel) on 30.04.2024 interacted with the Executive Trainees of CPSEs under Ministry of Power during the Foundation Course organized by NPTI at NPTI, Faridabad.
"Energy Warriors" name was coined by Director (Personnel) in the programme while likening power professionals to army soldiers. He guided the assembled Indian power sector trainees having their training at NPTI, towards the path of successful and happy innings at workplace and contentment in their professional endeavors.
