Shri Piyush Singh, Additional Secretary (Thermal), Ministry of Power, Government of India, is a 2000 Batch IAS officer from the Maharashtra Cadre.

Shri Piyush Singh has completed B.Tech (Civil) from IIT Delhi. He has worked in various capacities in District Administration, the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, and the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Maharashtra. He also served in Uttarakhand in the Planning Department, Dehradun. He has wide experience in the area of Public Administration and Planning.

Shri Baidyanath Maharana joined as Director (Finance) of NEEPCO on 10th September, 2021. Before joining the post of Director (Finance), he was holding the post of Executive Director (Finance) in NEEPCO. He is a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He also possesses a Diploma in Software Commercial Application and is a graduate with Physics Honours from the Utkal University. He joined NEEPCO in the level of Accounts Officer in the year 1993 and rose up the ladder with significant achievements in various cadres.
