Naying HEP (1000 MW)

  • Techno-Economic Clearance (TEC): Revalidation of CEA Concurrence up to 30.09.2027 was granted by CEA on 19.11.2025, subject to an updated hydrological assessment.
  • Environmental Clearance (EC): Public hearing for Siang District and Shi Yomi District has been completed.
  • Forest Clearance (FC): Project Screening Committee – I & II recommended the project for FC-I.

Hirong HEP (500 MW)

DPR / TEC:

  • DPR revision works are under progress.
  • Updated Water Availability Study approved by CWC.

Kurung HEP (330 MW)

  • Detailed Topographic and Hydrographic Survey completed.
  • Detailed Project Report (DPR) is under preparation.

Wah Umiam Stage-II HEP (100 MW)

  • MoA Signed with Government of Meghalaya on 25-10-2022.
  • PFR prepared. Project cost and tariff are on higher side.
  • Integrated development with one PSP is under consideration.
